South Korea is developing a squadron of dronebots to take out Kim Jong-un from the sky
ARMY scientists in South Korea are developing tiny weaponised 'terminator' drones to take out rogue despot Kim Jong-un.
Experts believe the tiny robots could be deployed as early as next year - raising hopes that the tubby dictator could be stopped before he sparks World War Three.
An South Korean official said: "The Army plans to set up a special organisation to lead the development of dronebots, establish a standard platform and expand the dronebot program.
He added: "To begin with, we will launch a dronebot combat unit next year and use it as a 'game changer' in warfare."
The pre-programmed drones will attack sensitive military targets by 'swarming' them and unleashing a hail of bullets - or use onboard bombs to launch kamikaze-style attacks.
"This is why the United States and countries like South Korea ... are investing in them."
Joo-il Kim, who lives in south London, said: "They make the robot soldiers carrying the backpacks, infiltrate the free world and then fire the bomb anywhere they want, like suicide terrorists.
"North Korea is already ready to send out the terrorists across the world, carrying biological and chemical weapons."
