Prince Harry and Meghan Markle release loved-up Christmas pictures to mark their engagement
PRINCE Harry and Meghan Markle cuddle up in a new set of touching engagement snaps released today.
The loved-up pair — who will wed on May 19 — posed for their official photographs marking the royal coupling.
Meghan was wearing a risqué see-through designer dress by Ralph & Russo rumoured to be worth a staggering £56,000 — while in a black and white snap she sported a Victoria Beckham jumper.
The three photos have been made public as the pair sat for a top Hollywood snapper.
Alexi Lubomirski, who is known for taking portraits of starlets like Julia Roberts and Angelina Jolie, captured the moving images at a shoot this week at Frogmore House.
It sits on the grounds of Windsor Castle — where Harry, 33, and Meghan, 36, will tie the knot in the spring.
There is speculation that Frogmore House will be the venue of the couple's reception following Harry's cousin Peter Phillips' wedding bash there in 2008.
Harry attended the wedding to his cousin's Canadian bride Autumn Kelly with his then girlfriend Chelsy Davey — where he introduced her to his grandmother the Queen.
Meanwhile in Norfolk Her Majesty took a train ride with Prince Philip to Kings Lynne as they made their way to Sandringham for Christmas.
Police scoured the area this morning before the Queen's arrival just after midday.
The engagement photos come after Harry and Meghan attended the Queen's Christmas lunch at Buckingham Palace yesterday.
They joined at least 50 other royals - including the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, with Prince George and Princess Charlotte.
The lunch at Buckingham Palace was the first time Meghan met some of Harry's more distant relatives ahead of their wedding.
She looked glamorous in a £300 high-necked lace dress from Self-Portrait and a pair of diamond-drop earrings.
Prince George was seen in a blue jacket with mum Kate Middleton as he peered out the window of the Range Rover, which was driven by Prince William.
Also in attendance were Camilla, the Duchess of Cornwall, who was wearing a green jacket, and Prince Charles.
Princess Eugenie was also spotted being driven into the Palace in a festive red dress.
The annual lunch at Buckingham Palace is usually held a week before Christmas and the invitation is extended to lesser-known royals.Meghan will be the first royal fiancee to spend Christmas Day at Sandringham with the Queen this year.
Traditionally, couples have to be married before attending the dinner in Norfolk together but Her Majesty has made an exception this year.
Kate, 35, is said to want to give Meghan a “magical and memorable” first Christmas with the royals.
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge will stay at their nearby country retreat, Anmer Hall — popping over to Sandringham to spend time with the rest of the family.
