Notorious ISIS executioner ‘White Beard’ is back on the streets after bribing officials for his freedom MINUTES after being captured
Jihadi kingpin Abu Omer was reportedly caught in Mosul after locals tipped off cops about where he was hiding
A NOTORIOUS ISIS executioner known as White Beard is back on the streets after reportedly bribing officials for his freedom.
Abu Omer is said to have presided over dozens of killings in the terror group’s former stronghold of Mosul in Iraq.
And anti-ISIS groups celebrated when it was revealed a week ago that he’d been detained by members of the Iraq Security Forces.
But now it's been claimed he was free just minutes later after handing officials $7,500 (£5,455) in $100 dollar bills.
Human rights watch group the Clarion Project revealed on its website: "In a remarkable failure of the Iraqi justice system, ISIS’ religious leader was arrested and released just minutes later after paying a $7,500 bribe."
The incident took place in a police station in Mosul, according to local official Zuheir Hazzen el-Jaburi.
He said: "I was in Mosul when a force from police intelligence arrested a man. After questioning they were told he was the mufti ( Muslim legal expert) for the right bank of the river in the city – an ISIS member."
"We asked people who he was, and they proved he really was ISIS’ mufti. After he was arrested, he left a motorbike behind. An hour later we saw the motorbike was no longer there.
“We inquired about it. They said he was released 10 minutes earlier after he paid 75 notes [$7,500].”
And on Twitter Nadia Murad, a United Nations ambassador who survived the genocide against the Yazidi people perpetrated by ISIS, called on officials in Iraq to implement a UN Security Council ruling to re-arrest Omer.
She said: “We heard from media that this ISIS terrorist detainee who used to slaughter people in Mosul is now set free by some corrupt officials.
"We ask for justice, we demand UNSC resolution to be implemented immediately.”
The sick jihadi is one of the terror group's most fearsome henchmen.
He was reportedly present when homosexuals were thrown from buildings and victims beheaded and stoned to death for minor offences.
The evil terror boss is allegedly seen in several sick execution videos filmed before the group’s self-proclaimed Caliphate in Syria and Iraq collapsed.
In one such clip from March 2015, three men accused of homosexuality and blasphemy are forced to their knees and publicly beheaded.
The blindfolded men are seen kneeling in the centre of what appears to be a roundabout in front of a crowd of people as a masked executioner stands by with a savage blade.
An elderly man who appears to be Omer addresses the crowd as the executioner positions his sword above the men's heads in the unnamed city in northern Iraq.
Other snaps seem to show him inspecting a pile of rocks ahead of a brutal public stoning.
More recent pictures published by purportedly show Omer after he was apprehended.
The twisted jihadi can be seen emerging from a police car surrounded by armed officers as he is led away to a police station.

Fewer than 1,000 of the terror group’s fighters still remain in Iraq and Syria, with both countries declaring victory the extremists in recent weeks.
The international coalition is now working to hunt down and eliminate the survivors, with UK Defence Secretary Gavin Williamson previously saying the majority should be killed.

The sick executioner, later unmasked as Brit Mohammed Emwazi, appeared in string of brutal videos depicting the execution of foreign hostages.
The jihadi gained worldwide notoriety in August 2014 when he appeared in a balaclava beheading American journalist James Foley.
He continued to appear in videos butchering British hostages Alan Henning and David Haines.
Jihadi John was killed in a coalition airstrike in November 2015.
Abu Wahib
Wahib, the ISIS leader in Anbar, has appeared in some of the terror group’s sick execution videos.
He gained notoriety after he executed a group of Syrian truck drivers who were passing through Iraq in 2013.
Wahib was filmed quizzing the truckers and brutally murdering three who failed to prove they were Sunni Muslims.
He was killed in an airstrike in Iraq in May 2016.
The Bulldozer
The mystery killer nicknamed “the bulldozer” was a hulking giant known to behead unarmed men and amputate young children's limbs.
The butcher typically dressed in black robes and a mask and wielded a three-foot sword.
ISIS websites also published pictures of the same man beheading two suspected blasphemers in front of hundreds of men and young boys in Iraq's Anbar province.
He is reported to have been captured by Syrian security forces in 2016.
Abu Abdel Rahman
Rahman was a senior Saudi ISIS commander whose job it was to slaughter women on trumped-up charges.
ISIS propaganda pictures show him posing with two guns and standing in front of cowering women with a giant meat cleaver.
The evil butcher was gunned down by unknown assailants in Mosul in January last year.
