It also appears to show Olivia, real name Lexi Forde, lay dead for 12 hours before her body was discovered and was found naked from the waist down.

Lexi was found dead in Las Vegas earlier this week months after her boyfriend committed suicide.

Investigators also found that she was suffering from an infection, and had bruised legs.

The report also shows medication for kindney infections and UTIs scattered around the room. A full medical evaluation is yet to be completed.

It was previously thought drink or drugs may have been to blame for her death. Last week we revealed that Olivia Nova tried to "change her lifestyle" in the run-up to her death as doctors had warned her "days were limited", a close friend has revealed.

A Direct Models spokesperson said they were "beyond shocked by the sudden death".

Days before she was found, she tweeted: "Alone on the holidays and want to give a fan a holiday call. Would lift my spirit."

In a bid to raise funds for her funeral costs, her family launched a which has now received over £8000.

The crowdfunding page reads: "On the morning of January 7 2018, heaven gained an angel as Lexi Rose Forte, 20 years old, passed away unexpectedly in Las Vegas.

"She leaves behind so many loved ones including her mum, Leslie, her 17-year-old brother David and her 7-year-old sister Macie.

"Leslie must now travel to Las Vegas to sort through and pack Lexi's belongings, retrieve Lexi's beloved dog, Rocko, and finally, bring Lexi back home to Minnesota."
