Her lips and cheeks were left badly swollen and inflamed shortly after she in Turkey last June.

But Ms Park, who is from Edinburgh, was quick to retaliate to the pic saying "I'm not afraid of this image" in a withering attack on the Ibrox side.

She said: "I'm not afraid of this image so f*** I could have had a life threatening infection and lost my life.

"No shock you'd have a dig at that instead of digging up your club from 6ft under"

She traded insults with Gers supporters after her team beat the Glasgow side 2-1 on Saturday.

The fan had written prior to the match: "Andy Murray and his maw, Jane Park, Proclaimers, @jonnyrmcfarlane. I'm warning all of you.

"Keep out my f****** way on Saturday or I'll known the f*** out of every single one of you.'"

After the win, Park laughed and asked: "How you feeling now?"

The account sent a picture of her swollen face when she had sepsis and wrote: "Feel s***."

It's not the first time she's had a run-in with Rangers fans.

The 21-year-old was trolled after the club’s latest signing scored his first goal last month.

Park is a huge fan of Hibs, whose  scored Gers’ second goal in their 2-1 over Ross County last month.

Meanwhile Hibs fans were joyous after Jamie Maclaren and John McGinn sealed the deal for the Edinburgh club over the weekend.

Jane was just 17 when she bagged £1million in prize money after buying her first ever ticket, making her Britain’s youngest EuroMillions winner.

She has since splashed out on cars, holidays, clothes and plastic surgery.

It is all a far cry from her £8-an-hour job as an admin temp and the two-bedroom Edinburgh council flat she shared with her mum Linda before her win.
