FRAT boys at one of America's top universities ran a "pig roast" contest to sleep with the most overweight girl.
New members of a male-only student society racked up points by having sex with unattractive women - with the winner decided by whose partner weighed the most.
Shamed bosses Cornell University slammed the "abhorrent" behaviour and put the Zeta Beta Tau fraternity on probation for two years.
The Ivy League college said in a report: "The contest was referred to as a 'pig roast'.
"In the event of a tie, additional points were awarded to the new member who had had sex with a woman who had weighed the most.
"The new members were told not to inform the women of the contest."
Officials launched a review last year after rumours about the cruel game spread across the campus in Ithaca, New York state.
Ryan Lombardi, Cornell's vice president for student and campus life, said: “The behaviour that Zeta Beta Tau fraternity was recently found responsible for is abhorrent to me and antithetical to our values as a community.
"Behaviour that degrades and dehumanises women contributes to a climate and culture of tolerance for sexual violence."
The fraternity released a statement insisting the "pig roast" game was not authorised and ZBT chapter leaders were "shocked and appalled" by the details.
“Our chapter has worked closely with the Zeta Beta Tau International Headquarters to draft and execute an action plan that addresses this alleged behaviour.”
The university's sanction means frat members must participate in “ongoing education on sexual violence” and hire a live-in adviser for the remainder of the probation period.
