A LAD of 19 was stabbed to death when two gangs clashed after separate house parties.
The teenager was with four friends chased by a mob of eight, with one heard to shout: “Let’s chase him down.”
He was set upon and attacked, collapsing yards from the late Freddie Mercury’s old home in Kensington, West London.
He died at the scene around 3.30am yesterday.
A suspect, also 19, was arrested and was still in custody last night.
The victim is the fifth teen killed in a stabbing in London this year.
London Mayor Sadiq Khan has come under increasing pressure to tackle the knife crime epidemic plaguing the capital.
A total of 26 teenagers were murdered in London last year, 20 of whom were fatally stabbed, the highest number since 2008.
A local resident called council noise abatement officers two hours before the killing when loud music was heard coming from a previously empty flat, believed to have been used by squatters as a party venue.
The man, who did not want to be named, said: "Around 1am I heard really loud music.
"I called the council noise department, but the people at the party totally ignored the advice of the lady who came down and the noise carried on.
"They were playing loud, trashy rap music.
"I looked out of my kitchen and saw a group of youngsters standing outside the flat having an argument.
Police are currently searching nearby bushes for the murder weapon after a witness saw something being thrown into the undergrowth.
Another resident said she saw people with torches scouring a nearby back garden moments after the attack.

She said: "My dad sleeps in the back bedroom and he saw some people in the garden with torches.
"I don't know if they were a lynch mob or the police. That was around 3.30am. No one has access to that garden, you have to climb a gate to get in.
