Max Mosley faces probe over whether he lied in infamous orgy trial

Cops confirmed they are investigating whether the millionaire former F1 boss misled the judge while being cross-examined over his Fascist past

FORMER F1 boss Max Mosley was facing a police probe last night over whether he lied during a trial over his orgy with whip-cracking prostitutes dressed in German uniforms.

Cops are examining a dossier questioning if Mosley, 77, perjured himself at the High Court during a privacy hearing against the News of of the World, which exposed the S&M session, in 2008.

The dark past of millionaire Max Mosley has been unearthed

During the trial, Mosley said he had no recollection of racist leaflets being handed out by supporters of his father Oswald’s Fascist Union Movement during a by-election campaign in 1961.

Earlier today it emerged Mosley had published an leaflet bearing his name, calling for “coloured people” to be deported.

It was unearthed by the Daily Mail in archives and threw Labour into turmoil as Mosley has made donations to Tom Watson, deputy of Jeremy Corbyn, right.

Crown Prosecution chiefs asked police to investigate if Mosley, now a leading privacy campaigner, misled the judge over his Fascist past.
