Kinky swingers’ campsite in France with S&M stocks and stirrup chair in the pool goes up for sale for £1.8m
Camping Libertin la Roseraie, near Vichy, boasts an outdoor pool with 'cuddle corners' and a 'saucy wood' activities area
A SWINGERS’ campsite in France billed as the world’s first has gone up for sale for £1.8million.
Camping Libertin la Roseraie – “the Rose Garden Swingers’ Campsite” in English – is located just outside Vichy, in the centre of the country.
The estate agent's advert calls the five-acre site the “first 100 per cent libertine campsite in the world”.
The campsite boasts a licenced bar, a professional restaurant and an outdoor swimming pool – with "cuddle corners" around it.
There is even a "saucy wood" with various activities to fit all tastes.
Swinger couple Gérard and Françoise Vetter turned the campsite into a haven for randy holidaymakers after taking it over in 2014.
The pair saw a “118 per cent increase” in turnover as soon as they made the change, according to estate agent Leggett Immobilier, with guests now flocking from all over the world.
The Rose Garden attracts people from Britain, Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands and as far away as Australia and the US.
Prospective guests are lured by the promise of “total and absolute sexual freedom”.
Gerard told last year that there were only three “basic rules” at the campsite.
