Incredible gallery of Bullseye prizes revealed – including a speedboat and a caravan
You won't need your bus fare home if you win the mystery Star Prize behind the screen
KEEP out of the black and in the red, nothing in this game for two in a bed. And Bully's special prize...
Fans of the classic game show Bullseye - hosted by the late Jim Bowen - fondly remember him explaining the rules to the Prize Board round that ended each episode.
IIIIIIN ONE... get a dart in the target and you might win a carriage clock, a Teasmade or a "portable television - with remote".
IIIIIIN TWO... something more aspirational like a drinks trolley or a garden swing could have been yours. And then there was Bully's Special Prize for hitting the centre of the board.
Contestants were then asked to gamble their winnings for the chance to scoop the mystery Star Prize hidden behind a screen - often a holiday, a caravan or the legendary speedboat.
As Jim told many an unsuccessful punter: "Let's have a look at what you would have won." At least he gave them their bus fare home.
