Meghan Markle and Prince Harry choice of wedding flowers for their big day
MEGHAN Markle and Prince Harry have revealed a little bit more for eager fans awaiting their big day - what the flowers will be.
The pair will be surrounded by white garden roses, peonies and foxgloves as they say "I do".
The floral displays in St George's Chapel will be created using locally sourced flowers and foliage.
Most of what will go into the eye-catching creations will be plucked from the gardens and land of The Crown Estate and Windsor Great Park.
Meghan has been vocal about her love of flowers in the past - the 36-year-old posted Instagram photos of a bouquet of pink and white peonies just after she started dating Prince Harry, 33.
She captioned it: "Swooning over these. #London #peonies #spoiledrotten."

In 2016, the American star wrote of a bouquet of the delicate fragrant blooms: "I bought these peonies for myself yesterday because they make me so endlessly happy.
"Do something sweet for yourself today too. #treatyourself #simplepleasures #favoriteflowers."
On her now deleted Instagram account, she also frequently posted images of light pink, peach, and orange roses, and showed how she made mini arrangements of hydrangea in jars around her house.
So great is her appreciation of all things floral, her mum even calls her "Flower".
Not content with just having flower arrangements, the couple's cake will be flavoured with lemon and elderflower and decorated with fresh Spring blooms.
The couple have chosen floral designer Philippa Craddock to create the church flowers for their big day on May 19.
Where possible, Ms Craddock will use flowers and plants that are in season and blooming naturally in May.
These will include branches of beech, birch and hornbeam, as well as white garden roses, peonies and foxgloves.
Ms Craddock, a self-taught florist based in Central London, with a studio in Fulham and a flower shop in Selfridges, said: "I am excited and honoured to have been chosen by Prince Harry and Ms Meghan Markle to design and create their wedding flowers.
"Working with them has been an absolute pleasure. The process has been highly collaborative, free-flowing, creative and fun.
"The final designs will represent them as a couple, which I always aim to achieve in my work, with local sourcing, seasonality and sustainability being at the forefront."
When the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge wed in Westminster Abbey in 2011, an avenue of eight potted trees, some as tall as 20ft, lined the aisle leading to the altar.
London-based Shane Connolly was the artistic director of flowers for the royal wedding.
Security at Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s wedding will turn royal Windsor into a fortress, it was revealed this week.
