AN AMERICAN man’s attempt to date six women in one night backfired spectacularly when the girls discovered what was happening and live-tweeted it to the world.
Lisette Pylant, one of the six women and the man’s first date, tweeted the details of her disastrous night as she realised what was happening.
She appeared on This Morning earlier today with four of the other girls.
Teaming up with the bartenders and bouncers, she stole the man’s dates from him one by one and posted photos of herself hanging out with them at a nearby bar.
The man, from Washington DC, defended himself when he said: “I’m a project manager, I manage my time efficiently… I do stack my dates, I do typically book them at the same time.”
During Pylant's date with the man, a second girl came to meet him at the bar and he introduced Pylant as his “friend”, he then turned his back on her to talk to his new arrival.
Fifteen minutes later he answered a phone call and left the bar and the two girls talked and discovered they both thought they were on a date.
A third girl - who it turned out the man was on the phone with - met the three of them at the bar shortly after, and Pylant immediately let her know what was happening when the man introduced the other two girls.
The three girls left the man to drink elsewhere, and the bartenders messaged Pylant to let her know the man went on three more dates.
Each time she returned to the bar to tell the women what was happening and claim the girls as her new “best friends”.
The girls, and Pylant’s Twitter thread, have gone viral since their disastrous date.
Pylant said: “He seemed nice enough. Well, he just didn’t seem like he would go on a date with six women in one night.”
She added: “I can appreciate the efficiency of it all, but we’re not interested in the kind of partner that would treat five women with zero regard for their feelings.”
The girls, who are now all friends, said this morning that they won’t be giving up on dating despite their bad luck.
Pylant said: “You just have to keep putting yourself out there.”
