AN ISIS supporter harboured “chilling fantasies” about killing the Queen and launching attacks on Jewish football fans with an AK-47, a court heard.

Aweys Shikhey, 38, appeared to be a hard-working delivery driver who sent money home to his family in Somalia. But in online chatrooms he discussed committing atrocities in the UK and applied for loans to fund a jihad training trip.

His would-be targets included Spurs fans near his home in Tottenham, North London, and near- by Jewish communities.

He was stopped in May at Stansted as he tried to board a flight for Turkey.

Shikhey was convicted of preparing terrorist acts and jailed for eight years at the Old Bailey.
