A BILLIONAIRE dubbed the King of Instagram is reportedly suing a bikini model for sexually assaulting his DOG during a photoshoot.

The LA-based entrepreneur told the model and photographer he didn't want the footage or pictures posted online - but they appeared just days later, according to .
But she insists it was Mr Toutouni who was sexually harassing her by encouraging his dog to mount her - adding that there was no photographer and it was the billionaire himself behind the camera.
Mr Toutouni amassed 1.5million followers on his account @lunatic_living where he showcases his outrageous lifestyle - including pictures of fast cars, private jets and scantily-clad women.
He told TMZ, Ms Mounira "began sensually playing with Hef; arousing Hef by playing with his genitals and masturbating him."
Mr Toutouni said the dog, who stands around 6in shorter than the model on his hind legs, started mounting and thrusting her, and "even appeared to place his front legs on [her] buttocks."

But when Ms Mounira posted a video of her playing around with the dog on Instagram, she wrote in the caption that the pet belonged to the photographer.
She said: "Puppy love🐾 took over my photo shoot & the photographer kept telling his dog to jump on me."
The following day, Mr Toutouni shared the same video and accused the model of using him to "gain followers".
He wrote: "I can’t believe This thirsty girl used my dog @heftheplayboydog to gain followers . #poordog #me2 #sexualHarassment #ifthedogcouldtalk #famewithshame #hoelife #zeroshame #nutjobwithbuttjob #toobadicantreleasethesextape".

There is music playing in both of the videos posted by both Ms Mounira and Mr Toutouni, but in the footage shared by TMZ the original sounds can be heard.
Ms Mounira claims she was verbally and sexually harassed by Mr Toutouni during the shoot - and also claims he groped her while trying to get her into his room.
The model said she posted the video because she didn't want Mr Toutouni to post it before she had chance to take ownership of the situation.
She told : "I want the entertainment industry and the public in general to be aware of people like Tony who want to use you in every way they can including, but not limited to, sexual and inappropriate acts."

On the same day Mr Toutouni posted the video, an Instagram page was set up for the dog, calling him the Playboy Dog.
The description says: "Playboy Hef Hef’s my name, girls are my game. I was taught by the best. Just started this page, get ready for wild times! #playboydog #b***hmagnet".
Mr Toutouni is suing Ms Mounira for fraud and infliction of emotional stress - on him, not the dog - and wants $1.5million (£1million) in damages.
His attorney told TMZ in a statement: "No matter what took place in the photo shoot between Ms. Mounira and Hef, and no matter who instigated what exactly, the main takeaway is that upon leaving the shoot Ms. Mounira was explicitly told NOT to post any videos of Hef as it reflects poorly on my client who is a public figure.'
They added:
They added: "If she was bothered by the actions of Hef or my client, why was she smiling and laughing in the video? Why did she stay at the shoot for hours after it was over?"
Mr Toutouni has not responded to claims by Ms Mounira that he sexually assaulted her.
