THE Royal Wedding kids were so mischievous they needed two rehearsals before Kate was drafted in to walk them into chapel, it has emerged.

The happy couple chose ten children to be part of the ceremony on their big day – all godchildren or the kids of close pals.

But with so many youngsters – all aged between two and seven – it was always going to be risky.

In fact, the kids were so naughty during the first rehearsal that they needed a second dry run on Friday, the Mirror reports.

It’s not clear what happened at the second practice.

But it was then decided the Duchess of Cambridge and their mums would have to accompany them into the chapel.

In any case, on the day they all behaved themselves … more or less.

Princess Charlotte was pictured sticking her tongue out at the cameras as she arrived at St George’s Chapel in Windsor Castle.

The adorable three-year-old, a flower girl at her uncle Harry's wedding to Meghan Markle, joined bridesmaids in cute white dresses and floral headbands as she left the ceremony.

She was earlier seen confidently waving to the crowds outside the church.

Big brother Prince George was also spotted looking adorable in his role as a pageboy - but shyly hid behind behind Prince William's legs on the steps of the chapel.

Princess Charlotte clung to her mum's hand as she delighted fans with a bold wave and smile in her white bridesmaid dress.
