GWYNETH Paltrow has revealed Brad Pitt threw Harvey Weinstein against a wall and threatened to kill him after she told him he "sexually harassed" her.
The 45-year-old actress said she was at the opening night of Hamlet with her then-boyfriend Pitt in 1995 when he confronted the disgraced movie mogul.
Sharing new details about the night, Paltrow told , Pitt had "energetically" thrown Weinstein against the wall and told him: "If you ever make her feel uncomfortable again, I'll kill you".
Gwyneth, who dated Brad from 1994 to 1997, added: “It was so fantastic. He leveraged his fame and power to protect me at a time when I didn’t have fame or power yet.”
Paltrow first opened up about her experience in an article with the New York Times - adding her name to the list of women who have accused Weinstein of sexual harassment.
She told Howard it was a "big decision" to go public with her allegation that he asked her for a massage in her hotel room when she was 22 and playing the lead role in the Jane Austen adaptation Emma.
Paltrow said: “It was out of the blue and I’ll tell you, I had been having the most incredible experience at Miramax... I was blindsided.”
She added that after the film producer was threatened by her boyfriend he was "never inappropriate with me again" but admitted it left their professional relationship "pretty fraught".

He has since been accused by over 60 women of various forms of sexual assault and misconduct.
Harvey, 66, has denied the allegations of nonconsensual sex and retaliation.
