EVIL BREEDER DEAD

Puppy farm killer John Lowe dies in jail after getting life for killing his partner and her daughter

Illegal dog breeder Lowe mercilessly gunned down the two women, later telling police that he had 'put them down'

PUPPY farm killer John Lowe has died in jail four years after getting life for murdering his partner and her daughter.

The illegal dog breeder killed Christine Lee, 66, and Lucy, 41, with a shotgun at his farm near Farnham, Surrey.

He later told police he “put them down,” before claiming they had starved him and taken his money.

But he was convicted at Guildford Crown Court of the double murder and possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life.

Surrey Police also faced a national outcry over blunders that led to the force handing back Lowe's guns and ammo before the murder despite him previously threatening to kill Stacy.

A damming report by the Independent Police Complaints Commission (IPCC) found its firearms officers' "reckless indifference" towards Lowe's violent history was a neglect of their duty.

When he was jailed in 2014, Christine’s daughter Stacy said: “He’s never getting out.”

And last night a pal said: "There's a wave of relief for Stacy that she doesn't ever have to contemplate seeing that b*****d go free.

"She's got peace of mind in that respect at last."

Lowe, 86, died last week after a short illness at High Down jail, near Banstead, Surrey.
