ART ATTACK

Hilarious pictures reveal the terrible works of art being flogged in High Street charity shops

Charity shops can produce either hidden gems or insultingly bad art...

CHARITY shops are high street havens for hidden records, limited edition books and the odd treasured family heirloom.

But for every valuable gem there can be a mountain of tat to trawl through, including irksome and oftentimes quite offensive amateur art.

run by Laura and Becky with the aim of picking out the creepiest and worst painted art in Britain.

If you have a taste for questionable works of art that look like they may have been painted by Freddy Krueger, then look no further than these hideous creations.

One of the canvases features Sir Francis Drake stood in the ocean with water up to his ankles, posing next to his ship the Golden Hind (which is smaller than him).

Another depicts a lingerie-clad woman on a settee, legs splayed open whilst...erm...just see for yourself.
