The sickening clip shows the schoolgirl sobbing as she tries to protect herself.

A cowardly pal of the attacker giggles in the background as he films the assault in Borehamwood, Herts on September 2.

The stomach-turning 28-second clip was then posted on social media and viewed thousands of times.

As part of our Block the Bullying campaign with the NSPCC, The Sun Online has pledged not to publish bullying videos unless footage is released by parents in a bid to raise awareness.

Riley-Grace's mum,  Lisa Marie Smith,  turned the tables by posting it on her own social media to try and track down witnesses.

She said: "I told my daughter I'd post it on my own social media so we could give them a taste of their own medicine.

"They recorded it so they could post it on social media. This is why they do it.

"We as people, as a community, as a country, are done with this violence. We want to put a stop to it."

Riley-Grace was jumped as she went to see friends at a nearby park.

She tried to catch a bus home when rowdy Year 10 girls turned up but was chased down.

Lisa added: "Bullying stops here and now.

"This is just a clip of what happened to my baby today. Words cannot even begin to say how I feel watching this."

Riley-Grace was saved by a Good Samaritan who stepped in and then put her in a taxi home, he he paid for.

A Herts police spokesman said: "Police have today been made aware of a video circulating on social media that appears to show a girl being assaulted.

"Enquiries are currently being carried out."
