High-flying lawyer Marina Wheeler has kept a dignified silence on her marital problems
BORIS Johnson's jilted wife today broke cover for the first time since the couple's divorce was announced.
Marina Wheeler was seen out in London after splitting from the former Foreign Secretary.
She has maintained a dignified silence since the breakdown of her 25-year marriage to Mr Johnson.
Earlier this week The Sun revealed that Ms Wheeler had thrown her husband out of the family home after she caught him cheating.
Boris has a long history of infidelity - but his latest affair was apparently the last straw.
Ms Wheeler, 54, is a top lawyer who was made a QC in 2016 and helped convince her husband to back Brexit.
The couple have four children together but split earlier this year.
Mr Johnson has been growing close to ex-Tory aide Carrie Symonds, 30, in recent months.
The pair were seen lunching together on Valentine's Day and friends say they regularly exchange friendly texts.
Miss Symonds has refused to comment about her friendship with Boris.
Her only public statement since the news broke has been to tweet a photograph of an otter saying: "Sea otters have the thickest fur of all animals."
The activist was head of communications for the Conservative party until a few months ago.
