A SICK thug who filmed himself beating a shop worker on Snapchat in a form of "disturbing entertainment" has today been jailed.
Teen yob Corey Williams, 18, left his victim with bloody injuries after landing a flurry of punches and kicks on the Morrison's car park attendant in Whitehaven, Cumbria.
Williams falsely claimed the worker - seen wearing a distinctive green uniform - had bumped into him as an excuse to launch his savage July attack.
Williams dragged the victim to the ground and taunted him as he filmed his brutal assault — crowing "look at all your blood" as he filmed himself stamping on the car park attendants's face.
The yob snarled: "You're a f****** muppet, you want a slap? Do you want it again?"
The worker begs, "No, no!" before the thug boots him in the face for a final time.
He then sent the sick footage to friends with the caption: "Cleansed this up... [he] tried giving cheek to me haha so I just gave him it".
Callous Williams signed off the message with a laughing emoji and two kisses.
After seeing the footage, a former pal told The Sun Online: "The video speaks for itself. He's a sick individual".
The victim's colleagues launched a JustGiving page to help him recover for the ordeal with a weekend break away.
Police began investigating after The Sun Online reported on the harrowing video.
Today Williams, of Cleator Moor, Cumbria, was jailed for two years at West Cumbria Magistrates’ Court for attempting to cause GBH.
Detective Sergeant Jim Rooney, West Cumbria Crime and Safeguarding Team, said: “This was a sickening assault, made worse by Williams recording it for some form of disturbing entertainment between him and his friends.
“The victim was assaulted for no reason whatsoever. Williams’ behaviour was nothing short of disgusting.
“I’d like to thank members of the public for their support. When the assault came to light many people came forward with information to assist our investigation.
“I hope that the sentencing can provide some form of closure to the victim.”
