AN alleged anti-Islamic terrorist plotted a suicide attack at a mosque to avenge the youngest victim of last year’s Manchester Arena blast, police believe.

Cops think he planned to dedicate it to Saffie-Rose Roussos, eight, who was among 22 killed by an IS fanatic’s suicide blast at an Ariana Grande concert.

Bishop, of Thornton Heath, South London is in custody and appeared at Westminster magistrates yesterday as his case was sent to the Old Bailey. He denies preparing for a terrorism act.
