JAIL investigators have nailed dozens of criminals using drones to smuggle drugs and mobiles to inmates.

Ministers launched Operation Trenton last year to intercept the flying devices close to prison grounds — and track down the criminals behind them.
Fifteen people were collectively sentenced to nearly 40 years in jail last month.
The gang flew an estimated £550,000 worth of drugs including cannabis and crack cocaine into inmates’ windows during 55 drone deliveries.
Prisons Minister Rory Stewart said: “We are taking decisive steps to tackle the use of drones as a supply route for criminals to bring contraband, including drugs and phones, into prisons.”
