A FEMALE prison guard has shared a loved-up picture with a freed lag after quitting her job.
Kristi Davidson, 25, gave up working at Addiewell jail, West Lothian around the same time con Jamie Bunting, 31, was released.
The pair were spotted by another guard on a romantic trip to Turkey a short time later but Kristi has confirmed the relationship with an emotional public social media post.
She shared a loved-up pic of the pair and wrote: "Thanks everyone for the birthday wishes!
"Been absolutely spoilt, and on top of everything been offered my dream job today after interviewing Friday and yesterday.
"Happiest girl ever, celebrating out for dinner and lots and lotsssss of pink gin with the boyo of allllll boyo's!"
Davidson quit her job just days after Bunting left the privately-run prison, sparking rumours the pair had started seeing each other while she was working.
An insider told at the time how some former colleagues had "stopped speaking" to Kristi and blasted her for being "stupid".
The source said: "The fact they are clearly an item and got together so quickly after they both left the jail makes it look like something may have gone on while she was working.
"She left the job within a day or so of him being released and then they were spotted on holiday.
"She even had a picture of them kissing on her WhatsApp profile.
