LADY Gaga is refusing to speak about sex crime allegations being made about R Kelly after defending the singer in a previous interview, it's been reported.

The series, Surviving R Kelly, premiered in the US on Thursday and addressed allegations that Kelly sexually abused women and underage girls.
Gaga defended Kelly at a 2013 press conference in Japan when asked why she collaborated with him after his child abuse trial - charges he was acquitted of in 2008.
The pair worked together on the single Do What U Want.
She said of the project: "R Kelly and I have sometimes (had) very untrue things written about us so, in a way, this was a bond between us."
Gaga and Kelly shot a video with Terry Richardson, who had also been accused of sexually assaulting multiple young women, reports.
That video was eventually shelved after it was deemed too sexually explicit by members of Gaga's camp.
Kelly, 51, has vehemently denied the recent allegations and has threatened to sue the makers of the programme, which he claimed was "packed with lies", according to .
According to the site, Kelly's lawyer Brian Nix wrote to the network threatening to file a federal lawsuit if it doesn't pull the plug on the programme.
Kelly claims that the subjects made false allegations to become famous, TMZ reports.
He also says that he possesses two audio recordings lasting five minutes each that show "some of the girls are lying, but the budget was too high to turn back now".

In the report Kelly was accused of confiscating the women's mobile phones so they could not contact their friends and family.

The programme also addresses allegations from Jovante Cunningham, who claims to have witnessed the Ignition star commit statutory on the singer Aaaliyah, when she was a teenager.
Cunningham, a former backing singer, claimed she was on a tour with 15-year-old Aaliyah when she allegedly witnessed R-Kelly having sex with the teen pop star.
Also during 1994 it was widely reported Kelly and Aaliyah had secretly married, but both denied it.
When asked what she saw, Cunningham replied: “Things that an adult should not be doing with a child.
“I can’t stress to you how people are still suffering behind things that went on 20 years ago.”
Representatives for both Lady Gaga and R Kelly have been approached for comment.
