BORIS Johnson’s lover Carrie Symonds gives his bottom a cheeky tweak in the street as they return to their £1million lovenest.
Brexit-backing Boris, 54, who has split from wife Marina, recently moved into the London flat with Carrie, 30, and they hosted a pre-New Year party for close friends.
One said: “They can’t seem to keep their hands off one another.”
This comes as Boris plans to Remain with lover Carrie by going public as a couple at a Tory shindig.
Friends say Brexit leader Boris, 54, and 30-year-old Carrie are “very much in love”.
Guests at a pre-New Year party the couple threw saw them kissing and cuddling throughout.
PR guru Carrie even has as her phone screensaver a picture of a smiling Boris, who in September announced he and wife Marina are splitting.
One friend said: “Things are really hotting up between Boris and Carrie — they are incredibly happy together.
“They’re still very much in the honeymoon period and can’t seem to keep their hands off one another.
“They have met one another’s closest friends. And Boris’s dad Stanley has met Carrie. He thinks she’s wonderful, and hugely charismatic.
“Obviously they’ve tried to be discreet about their relationship, so Boris has been spending time in Carrie’s flat.
“Neighbours regularly see him shuffling out, woolly hat wedged down over his face, tottering off on his trusty push bike.
“The plan is to ‘come out’ at an official Conservative party function towards the end of next month.
“Boris adores Carrie, and doesn’t want to keep it a secret for much longer.”
When the couple recently arrived back at Carrie’s flat in South East London their affection for each other was obvious.
The Sun on Sunday’s exclusive pictures show her cheekily tweaking the ex-Foreign Secretary’s bottom in the street.
A few days earlier the couple co-hosted a pre-New Year’s Eve champagne and canapes party at the £1million lovenest for a small group of close friends. At one point guests saw Boris drape himself around Carrie before leaning in for a kiss.
Friends also say Boris’ slimline new look and less dishevelled haircut are the work of his new girlfriend.
She has put him on a healthy new diet which has seen the tubby Tory lose around 18lb.
has been spending increasing amounts of time with Carrie since moving out of the family home in North London following his split with Marina, mother of his four grown-up children Lara, 25, Milo, 23, Cassia, 21 and Theodore, 19.
He is understood to be buying a £2million apartment near Whitehall. Boris plans to move Carrie in with him later this year.
The couple saw in the New Year together after Boris took Carrie to a Greek villa owned by Stanley, 78.
They were spotted by locals having a meal in South Pelion, which is north of Athens on the east coast of Greece.
Boris had taken his four children there last summer without Marina.
He was back in Parliament this week, after posting no social media updates between December 31 and January 6.
News of their developing romance comes after The Sun revealed how Boris plans to propose to Carrie once his divorce is finalised.
A friend said: “Carrie and Boris have an extremely passionate relationship — it can also be a tad volatile from time to time. Neither are short of an opinion and Boris loves that she stands up to him and holds her own.
“Some of her pals are a tad bemused as to what she sees in a man 24 years her senior. But there’s no doubting their mutual affection — she even has a photo of them as her screensaver.
“Boris plans on moving her into his new riverside apartment in the summer, all being well.”
In September Boris and lawyer Marina, who married in 1993, confirmed their separation in a statement.
It read: “Several months ago, after 25 years of marriage, we decided it was in our best interests to separate.
“We have subsequently agreed to divorce and that process is under way.
“As friends we will continue to support our four children in the years ahead. We will not be commenting further.”
Boris has faced repeated claims that he cheated on long-suffering Marina, 55. He was sacked from the Tory front bench in 2004 after lying to the then Conservative leader Michael Howard about a four-year affair with journalist Petronella Wyatt.
At the time Howard’s officials said the issue was one of “personal morality”.
And five years ago it was reported he fathered a child during an extramarital affair with art consultant Helen Macintyre.
On both occasions Marina, his second wife, kicked Boris out of the family home before taking him back.
In addition Boris was alleged to have had an affair with the journalist Anna Fazackerley while he was a shadow education minister.
The announcement of his split with Marina came after she reportedly accused him of infidelity. His growing bond with Carrie first emerged six months ago after the pair were spotted at dinner dates together.
They were also pictured outside a charity fundraiser in London.
