Michael Jackson ‘forced nine-year-old boy to ‘marry’ him in mock wedding then paid his dad £1 million not to talk about it’

MICHAEL Jackson exchanged rings with a nine-year-old child "bride" in a creepy mock wedding ceremony at the Neverland Ranch, explosive court docs claim.

A lawsuit filed on behalf of Jacko accuser James Safechuck claims his father was then paid $1million hush money after the secret union at his Californian mansion.

The 2015 civil action was filed by Safechuck and another alleged victim Wade Robson – both of whom are taking part in the new documentary film Leaving Neverland.

According to the pair’s lawyers, Jackson shelled out nearly $200million to around 20 alleged victims.

The eccentric singer did cut a cheque for £23m to silence the family of his first public accuser Jordan Chandler in the early 90s.

In 2015, Safechuck claimed in court filings that he took part in the secret ceremony in which he received a wedding certificate and a ring as confirmation of their “undying love.”

The court docs claim that Jackson’s mother Katherine demanded to know the details of the alleged abuse carried out by her son against Safechuck.

CREEPY MOCK WEDDING

She allegedly asked a young James: “Did something happen between you and Michael? Are you OK?”

Jackson regularly dressed James in clothes identical to his and would tell reporters the child was his cousin, a former employee of Jackson said.

Mr Safechuck’s attorneys said: “Jackson was successful in his efforts to the point that my client endured repeated acts of sexual abuse of a heinous nature and was brainwashed into believing they were acts of love and ­instigated by James himself.”

Safechuck and Robson, who launched the unsuccessful civil action against Jackson’s estate, both testified under oath that he had never acted inappropriately in the star's trial in 2005 after he was charged with four counts of molestation.

However, since Jackson’s death in 2009 from a drug overdose, the pair both claim that the Billy Jean songwriter was a serial sex offender and are now willing to open up about the alleged abuse after becoming fathers themselves.

The judge in their civil suit did not make any comment on the validity of their molestation claims but said that he believed the singer’s estate was not liable for any alleged crimes Jackson may have committed.

James met Jackson aged nine when he appeared in Pespi commercial with the singer in 1987.

The former boy companion of Jacko – who was by the star’s side for much of his Bad tour – accused the singer of molesting him nearly 100 times in the 2015 legal action.

Court docs claim the pair regularly shared a bed while the powerful celebrity used code words for sex including referring to semen as "duck butter" and erections as "bright light, brick city".

After developing a close bond with the young boy, the famous performer invited the child and his family on holiday to Hawaii in 1988.

CHILD COMPANION

James, then aged 10, joined Jackson on his Bad tour in June of that year where he travelled around the world with the superstar.

Despite having no relation to Jackson, there was no public controversy around pictures of a little boy holding hands with the grown man, then aged 30, while attending events in locations such as Paris and Tokyo.

In 1993, following the allegations made by Jordan Chandler - Jacko's sister LaToya claimed her mother Katherine had shown her two cheques written to the parents of "little boys."

She claimed her mother Katherine suspected the superstar singer of child abuse YEARS before the first allegations were made against him.

HUSH MONEY

She said: “There were two cheques that I know of that she has shown me and it’s for a substantial amount of money and she was outraged over it.”

She later added: “My mother is very much aware of the children that were there. All the boys that stayed there.

“She’s the one who always said that Michael, excuse my expression ‘that f****t.’

“She would say ‘I can’t stand him. That damn f****t. I can’t stand him.’

LaToya told NBC News: "What 35-year-old man sleeps with little boys and stays with them for a week or two weeks or whatever? And sleep in the same bed.

“Most people would say ‘that’s totally wrong. That’s totally unfair.'”

Michael Jackson strongly denied all allegations of sexual abuse made against him.
