KATIE Price bragged she'll be back on the road in MONTHS after being slapped with a drink-drive ban for being found ‘vomit-covered’ in her pink Range Rover.
The 40-year-old glamour model crowed: "Brilliant, I thought I was about to get two years".
Celebrating outside of court, Price said: "I was never drink driving. There was no evidence at all of me drink driving. I rest my case on that.
"I was convicted because I had the keys. I was given a chance of having ten points in my license or to be disqualified for three months."
CAR SHOPPING
She added: "It adds on to my disqualification that I'm already on which means I get my driving license back on the 24th of May...which means I can go car shopping. Let's ban the pink car."
Price had tried to argue a "mystery man" was driving her £75,000 car when it smashed into a bush and another car last year.
But the judge today said she was not a "credible witness", convicting her of being nearly twice the legal limit while in charge of the motor vehicle.

She was banned from driving for a further three months and ordered to pay a fine of £1,500 - with the total bill coming to £2,425 including victim's surcharge.
However, Judge Nigel Dean cleared Price of the second, more serious charge of drink-driving, saying there was no case to answer.
Price had admitted in court she was “really really drunk” and was mid-way through getting changed into her pyjamas when she was spoken to by cops.
'HER EYES WERE BLOODSHOT'
Police Constables Benjamin Jones and Balvinder Mann told the court they first saw her car veer off the road and hit a grass verge at 12.40am before seeing it stationary about 15 minutes later.
PC Jones told Bexley Magistrates' Court that he approached the car to find Price in the back of the vehicle with her boyfriend, Kris Boyson, in the passenger seat.
He said: "Her eyes were blood shot and her speech was a bit slurred. Although she was sitting, it was in a slumped position.
"I could smell alcohol. In my opinion she was drunk."
He clarified she seemed "very" drunk, adding: "I also noticed what appeared to be sick on the outside of the car."

District Judge Dean said he did not find Price to be a credible witness and believed she knew more about the case than she let on.
He said: “She says on this particular event she had drunk quite a lot and describes herself as being drunks she says she was in no state to drive herself. A friend of Kris’ had offered to drive her Range Rover car and the identity of that individual remains unknown. It is clear and she accepts that her vehicle appears to have been involved in some sort of road traffic accident.
“She knows a lot about the circumstances in which her valuable car was involved in some sort of road traffic accident.
“I did not find her a plausible or credible witness.”
MYSTERY MAN
Both Price and Mr Boyson said a third person had been driving and that they ran off after the trio had an argument, the court heard.
The officer said Mr Boyson told Price to "shut up" when she was asked who was driving.
When PC Benjamin Jones and PC Balvinder Mann asked the driver’s identity Mr Boyson replied “he’s my friend, I’m not a grass”.
They both said the unnamed person who fled the car had the key, but the car's engine later turned on, he told the court.
Price was arrested in a shoeless state and taken to Plumstead police station for a breathalyser test, having allegedly refused one at the side of the road.
She told officers she had been at a friend's birthday celebration for the evening, during which she was drinking "pornstar martini" cocktails, the prosecutor said.

District Judge Nigel Dean
She today told the court her relationship with boyfriend Kris Boyson was on the rocks after last year's crash, saying he hadn't named the mystery man who had been driving her car at the time of the smash.
She told the court: "He hasn't even come to support me, he is not helping me at all."
Price was arrested in the stationary car in the early hours of October 10 in Shooter's Hill, Greenwich, South East London after partying at ex Kris Boyson's 30th birthday bash at The Meze in Bexleyheath.
The court was told that CCTV footage would show her Range Rover earlier damaging a Volkswagen Golf while attempting a three-point turn.
Price recorded 69 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath after she was arrested last year. The legal limit is 35mg per 100ml.
Price had seemed in good spirits over the weekend despite the impending trial, going horse riding.
