Hundreds of Muslim parents protest against ‘gay lessons brainwashing their kids’

HUNDREDS of Muslim parents protested outside a school amid claims their children are being “brainwashed” about gay lifestyles.
And 500 pupils will be taken out of classes today as the row escalates.
They oppose a programme to educate kids on same-sex relationships at Parkfield Community School, in Birmingham.
The No Outsiders programme was started by the school's gay assistant head teacher Andrew Moffat.
But parents at the school – who are predominantly Muslim - claim it is “sexualising” the children at the primary-age academy.
Speakers at the protest insisted they are not homophobic but said they do not believe homosexuality should be tutored in the classroom.
There were chants of “shame” from the crowds, with signs stating “Our Children, Our Choice”, “Let Kids Be Kids” and “Say No To Sexualisation of Children”.
Dad Abdul Ma, 46, said: “This is a brainwash. We bring our children here so they can later work as a solicitor or a teacher, not to be taught about being gay or a lesbian.”
Razina Mahmood, 40, with two children at the school, said: “This is nothing but indoctrination of our children.
