Claims of a paedophile network linked to Parliament and No10 to be probed in government enquiry
EXPLOSIVE claims of a paedophile network linked to Parliament and No10 will be the focus of a government probe.
The Independent Inquiry into Child Sexual Abuse, which has already cost £100million, will test allegations by Labour MP Tom Watson in 2012.
Brian Altman QC, the inquiry’s counsel, said suggestions children were abused and exploited by those linked to Westminster will be examined.
But allegations of Carl Beech, better known as “Nick”, about a Westminster paedophile ring will not be looked at.

The inquiry is expected to centre on seven areas, including police investigations, while witnesses will include MI5, former MPs and the Met.
The lives of six men — all of whom are dead — will be researched.
They include Sir Edward Heath and Lord Brittan.
