A TEENAGER has been charged with murdering 17-year-old Yousef Makki after he was stabbed to death in a posh Cheshire village.
The 17-year-old was charged tonight along with another lad, also 17, who faces an offence of assisting an offender.
Both teens, who can't be named, were also charged with possession of a bladed article and will appear at Manchester Youth Court tomorrow.
Private school pupil Yousef, who dreamed of becoming a heart surgeon, was knifed to death in Hale Barns - popular with Manchester United footballers and celebrities - on Saturday.
He had called his parents to tell them he'd be home in time for tea just hours before he was killed.
In a tribute, his family said: "Yousef was a loving and caring son and brother, and he meant the world to his family.
'EVERY PARENT'S WORST NIGHTMARE'
"He was a sporty young man, a dedicated student and so bright. He had everything to look forward to."
They continued: "We are absolutely devastated and cannot believe that our son has gone. This senseless loss has affected the whole community.
"Yousef had only phoned home hours earlier to say that he would be home for his tea, but the next knock at the door were officers with the tragic news, it is every parent's worst nightmare.
"We would appeal to anyone with information to contact the police and to help us find out what has happened on Saturday evening.

"Only recently had we talked about his promising life ahead of him and how he was looking forward to life. He was a promising student and loved by everyone."
Yousef's devastated aunt has paid tribute to the teen, who was studying four A-levels at the time of his death.
Speaking from Lebanon, Desiree Makki said: "He was a very special person..
"Yousef from when he was a young kid he was a very smart child, very conscientious, from the day he was born.
"He wanted to be someone. Even at home he was always creating things. He always wanted to do something, he was very smart and intelligent. He was very affectionate."
She also questioned how her nephew had been killed in a "very safe country" where there is no war.
Straight-A student Yousef was said to be on a scholarship at elite £12,570-a-year Manchester Grammar School.
United stars Paul Pogba, Victor Lindelöf and Fred live in the upmarket Cheshire village, where houses fetch up to £5million.
