Humourless officials banned 87 firm names including Knickers Knackers Knockers, T*T Tech and Stop Making Everything S**t for being too rude

BUSINESS authorities rejected dozens of prospective company names last year for being too rude — including Knickers Knackers Knockers and Stop Making Everything S**t.
Companies House banned 87 names in 2018 after officials deemed them too offensive.
Tit Technology, Purple Helmet Motorbikes, Royal Nuts Ltd, Cat S**t Coffee and Feck I.T. Networks Ltd were among other firms forced to choose an alternative name.
A spokesman for Companies House — the UK’s register for limited firms — said: “The index is a publicly available statutory register and it’s important that it is not abused by being used to register offensive names.
“A company must not be registered by a name if, in the opinion of the Secretary of State, its use by the company would be offensive.”
Other businesses with a quirky name falling foul of the rules were Crap Limited, T*ts on Bikes, Cocks on Socks and AnusBeauty.
The owners of Panda Knob Ink also had to go back to the drawing board.
