A BARRISTER specialising in sex offence cases fondled a woman who spurned his advances, a tribunal has ruled.
Kevin Barry tried to kiss his victim at a bar before putting his hand down her skirt and touching her bum.

The woman did not consent and said his actions were “unwanted sexual contact”.
The Bar Tribunals and Adjudication Service said he “behaved in a way likely to diminish the trust and confidence” in his profession.
Barry, who works for The 36 Group and the CPS and is likely to earn more than £200,000 was reprimanded and fined £3,000.
He has the option to appeal and did not comment.
