Paris Jackson ‘suicide attempt’ 911 call reveals emergency services raced to deal with ‘VIP psychiatric problem’ at 20-year-old’s star’s LA mansion
AUDIO of a 911 call has emerged that appears to deal how emergency services at Paris Jackson's California home on Saturday referred to a “psychiatric problem”.
In the recording LA City Fire and EMS dispatch and responders can be heard discussing an incident at the 20-year-old's Hollywood address and at one point an “upgrade to emergency” was requested.
An emergency team at the scene appear to deliver further instruction and one refers to a “possible VIP”.
Another asks whether they should notify Battalion 5, a LA Fire Department Unit covering Hollywood and someone else responds “negative”.
Paris has struggled with depression since her dad Michael's death in 2009 and reportedly attempted suicide back in 2013.
Earlier she slammed a which said she had tried to take her own life as a "direct response" to the recent child abuse allegations made against her father in the Leaving Neverland documentary.
The actress tweeted in response to TMZ's report: "F*** you you f***ing liars."
And today she blasted claims by the same celeb news site that claimed she was “refusing to go to rehab”.
She tweeted: “They didn’t get the crazy reaction they wanted from the doc, and a chill, mellow reaction doesn’t sell stories so why not lie and create a story that does sell ? pathetic’.”
LAPD RESPONDS 'ATTEMPTED SUICIDE'
But despite Paris strongly denying she had attempted to take her own life, LA police there was a "suicide" call at the star's home.
A spokesman said: "At about 7.28 am officers responded for an ambulance attempted suicide.
"The victim was transported to a local hospital."
has since reported the young woman is "doing fine", with a source saying: "Paris had an accident this morning that required medical treatment."
They added: "She is currently resting at home and doing fine."
Paris has been seen since the reported hospitalisation, telling reporters "I'm good".
She was wearing a "Puppies, Wine and I'm Fine" Jacket, with the word "wine" appeared to be deliberately covered over with tape.
She was later seen grabbing KFC and heading to the movies with her boyfriend Gabriel Glenn.
'NOT MY ROLE TO DEFEND DAD'
In documentary film Leaving Neverland, two former child companions of Michael Jackson allege the superstar singer groomed and raped them when they were children.
Earlier this week, Paris said it's "not her role" to defend her controversial father.
The model wrote on Twitter: "There's nothing I can say that hasn't already been said in regards to defense."
She went on to add that she supports the Jackson family's long-standing efforts to clear his name.
Paris spoke out after being followed by paparazzi while she was in New Orleans on Thursday.
One fan suggested she was being hounded because people wanted to hear her views on the claims in documentary film Leaving Neverland, where two former child companions of Michael Jackson allege the superstar singer groomed and raped them when they were little boys.
In response, she praised her second cousin Taj Jackson who is the face of the media campaign defending his uncle.
"Taj is doing a perfect job," said Paris. "I support him but that's not my role.
"I'm just tryna get everyone to chill out and go with the flow, be mellow and think about the bigger picture. That's me."

The Jackson estate also filed a $75million lawsuit against HBO ahead of its premiere, calling the documentary "unvetted propaganda to shamelessly exploit an innocent man no longer here to defend himself".
Michael Jackson strongly denied all sexual abuse allegations made against him up until his death in 2009.
