Brian Keene, 62, allegedly allowed James, 29, Elijah, 27, and Josiah, 20, to abuse youngsters in South Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA.
According to a police report obtained by , Keene told detectives he "thought something was likely going on when the boys were teenagers, because of their 'raging hormones'".
He then asked if his sons were going to jail, as he needed their incomes to pay his bills.
On April 8 a police officer went to the family home to inspect a suspicious vehicle, when a 19-year-old woman warned them the Keene family was "unsafe".
The officers spoke to local children who said their "house was very dirty, they were not going to school, there were holes in the walls and floors and they used space heaters because there was no heat."

Cops then returned the next day to find the house a complete mess.
During the visit Brian reportedly told officers "he stopped making all of his children do school work about 5 years ago after his wife left."
He only said they had a computer, but he didn't check if they did any work on it.
The dad-of-three is reported to have told cops he hadn't taken his kids to the doctor in a decade as "none of them were ever sick".
'ADDICTED TO CHILD ABUSE'
When questioned over allegations of child abuse Elijah initially denied any wrongdoing.
But he reportedly later told cops he had "tried to stop" molesting children but was "addicted" to the sexual abuse.
