Little Pipe Cay in the Central Bahamas has been described as a "a jewel" within the archipelago of the Exumas island chain.
The previously uninhabited 38 acre island has four pure white sandy beaches and is surrounded by clear blue sea and beautiful marine life.
Over the past 15 years, the current owners have transformed the island, building five houses, all with stunning seascape views.
