WikiLeaks says property including electronic devices will be handed over to the US
PROTESTERS gathered outside the Ecuadorian Embassy in London yesterday as it searched Julian Assange’s possessions following a US request.
A small crowd chanted in support of the WikiLeaks founder, 47.
The US wants him extradited from the UK over the release of classified military material.

Assange was booted out of the embassy last month after taking refuge there for seven years to avoid being sent to Sweden on suspicion of rape.
He was then jailed in Britain for 50 weeks for a bail breach.
Swedish prosecutors have begun fresh moves to transfer him there to face the rape allegation, which he denies.
