Here's everything you need to know about Parklife this weekend
IT is the final day of Manchester’s iconic Parklife Festival in Heaton Park today.
Here is everything you need to know about the second day of the bonanza across the northern city.
When is Parklife festival 2019?
The Manchester festival is on right now.
Around 80,000 punters will descend on the site each day of the festival.
Thousands more flooded through the gates last night as the main stage hosted a separate homecoming show from Noel Gallagher.
It used to be held at Platt Fields Park but has since moved to Heaton Park.
Gates opened at 12 noon on Sunday, and will close at 11pm.
Festival-goers will need to arrive before last entry at 5pm each day – and there’s no re-admittance allowed if you leave the site.
Who is taking to the stage today?
This year’s festival features nine stages, including the main Parklife Stage, last year’s new Valley stage, the Sounds of the Near Future tent, the sprawling Hangar, and the all-new Magic Sky arena.
Taking to the stage for the final night of the festival are George Ezra, Major Lazor, The Streets, Khalid, Blossoms, Mable and more.
Last night saw rapper Dave, Mark Ronson and Annie Mac light up Heaton Park.

Where are the after parties?
The ‘Afterlife’ parties take place in five different venues across Manchester city centre.
The Zutekh team will head to Gorilla tonight with Liverpudlian DJ and producer Mella Dee, Belfast’s Cromby and resident DJs.
Antics bring indie-pop outfit Kero Kero Bonito to YES’ basement for the final night of the festival.
The same venue will welcome Libero, joined by Joey Daniel, Olli Ryder & Luke Welsh and Mike Morrisey for tonight’s big finale.
While Soup Kitchen will host O’Flynn and Will Tramp.
Can you still get tickets?
Parklife 2019 is now sold out.
Due to occasional fraudulent sales and failed payment plans some ticket types may become available on the box office.
What’s the weather forecast for the weekend?
It’s looking wet this weekend as rain has already started falling, muddying the ground on the first day of the festival.
Yesterday saw torrential downpours which ended up drying up in the late evening when the acts got going.
Manchester is expected to see light showers throughout the day today but reach a warm 17C temperature. Forecasters are predicting that showers will stop at around 5pm.
Did Cardi B cancel her performance?
Yes, she had to cancel her Parklife set, along with a host of other festivals she was due to attend as she had to recover from a recent boob job operation.
