YouTube star PewDiePie reveals he’s MARRIED his longtime girlfriend Marzia Bisognin
PEWDIEPIE has married long term girlfriend Marzia Bisognin in a stunning ceremony in London.
The internet personalities announced their union on Twitter with the YouTube superstar saying: "We are married!!! I'm the happiest I can be ❤️ I'm so lucky to share my life with this amazing woman."
Marzia shared on Instagram: "Yesterday, the 19th of August - after exactly 8 years since we met - we celebrated our wedding with our closest friends and family.
"It was the most beautiful day, which I will treasure forever. I am so thankful for all the people that made time to attend the event and helped us celebrate our marriage.
"I feel like I'm the luckiest person and I'm so full of love. Incredibly ecstatic to be able to call Felix my husband for the rest of our lives."
The Swedish video-maker, real name Felix Kjellberg, began dating the Italian internet personality back in 2011 after meeting over email.
Marzia messaged Pewdiepie after a mutual friend of the pair told her she needed to watch "this idiot playing video games".
The pair live together in Brighton with their two pugs Maya and Edgar.
Felix wore an all black ensemble for the big day while his bride donned a traditional white gown for the ceremony at Kew Gardens.
Pewdiepie was recently named as the biggest earning YouTuber, reportedly racking in £6.5million a month.
He makes his fortune through a mix of merchandise sales and ad revenue on YouTube, amounting to an annual income of £78.9million, more than Lionel Messi.
PewDiePie's channel has received over 13 billion video views and he was named one of "The World’s 100 Most Influential People" by Time magazine.
Felix was born in 1989 in Gothenburg, Sweden, and graduated from university with a degree in Industrial Economics and Technology Management.
By 2013, he had the most subscribed YouTube channel. The channel was focused mostly around video games.
