REMAINER businesswoman Gina Miller today warned she will SUE Boris Johnson to stop a No Deal Brexit.

She has hired top lawyers to write to the likely next PM warning it would be illegal to sideline MPs and shut down the House of Commons.

Ms Miller boasted she will deploy the same tactics she used to stop Theresa May triggering Article 50 in 2016.

The City veteran took the Government to court and successfully argued the PM had to get Parliament's permission to deliver Brexit.

She has rehired the same pricey legal team to prevent Boris suspending Parliament in order for force through a No Deal.

Ms Miller told Sky News: "It would be an abuse of his powers to close Parliament, to limit the voice of the representatives that we all elect."

Her lawyers from Mishcon de Reya told Mr Johnson in a letter: "It would seriously undermine parliamentary sovereignty for you, as Prime Minister, to prorogue Parliament to prevent it from considering whether to legislate to prevent a No Deal Brexit.

"You would be closing the doors of Parliament to prevent it from legislating on the most important political issue of the day, when time is of the essence.

"In such circumstances it would be unlawful for you as Prime Minister to advise Her Majesty to prorogue Parliament for the purpose of preventing Parliament from considering the enactment of a law to stop the UK leaving the EU without a deal."

Allies of the leadership favourite hit back at the court challenge.

Priti Patel said: "It's not something that we subcontract out to the courts basically now to intervene or have court judgements telling Parliament and elected politicians on what can be done and what can't be done".

BoJo has refused to rule out proroguing Parliament in the event that MPs try to stop him taking Britain out of the EU without a deal.
