New Chancellor Nadhim Zahawi vows to slash taxes pledging ‘nothing is off the table’
BRITAIN'S new Chancellor Nadhim Zahawi has vowed “nothing is off the table” when it comes to keeping hard earned money in working people’s pockets.
On day one of this new job Mr Zahawi vowed to keep pushing for tax cuts and even hinted at further slash to fuel duty.

In good news for aspiring teachers, the Chancellor said he will stick to his pledge of a seven per cent pay rise for new recruits.
He also suggested cuts to corporation tax are on the horizon to make Britain as “competitive as we can be”.
Speaking on Times Radio Mr Zahawi said: "The responsible thing to do is to make sure that we have fiscal discipline because we need to bring inflation under control.
“But of course, nothing's off the table I will look at everything.”

The chancellor also slammed rumours that last night he threatened to quit Boris Johnson’s government unless he was promoted to No11.
The job vacancy came about after Rishi Sunak sensationally resigned on Tuesday night, slamming the PM's records on standards in public life on the way out.
Heavyweight Sajid Javid also sent shockwaves through Westminster as he stood down as Health Secretary.
A further four PPS’s and two ministers also bid farewell, plunging team BoJo into crisis.

This morning Mr Zahawi backed his boss saying the PM is fully focused on “delivery, delivery, delivery”.
In a swipe at the lates Tory detractors, Mr Zahawi said it is "easy to walk away" from something when times are tough rather than stay united and fight.
