SIR Keir Starmer has accused Elon Musk of "noising off" saying he doesn't have time to read the world's richest man's tirades about him.
The PM said he wasn't worried that the mercurial billionaire hates him as he can go over Musk's head to Donald Trump.
The Tesla and SpaceX boss is set to join the incoming US administration on Monday despite his loudmouthed views on US foreign policy, British politics and grooming gangs.
Musk has spent weeks lambasting the PM on the X platform that he owns with dozens of posts calling for Starmer to be fired or even locked up.
But Sir Keir hit back: "If I read every tweet I wouldn't have time to do anything else."
Speaking to The Sun in Ukraine, the PM added: "In the end, my experience is focus on what matters.

"Ignore the noises off. I’ve had noises off for ten years. Learn to focus and shut off the noises off."
Quizzed if he was worried that the toxic Musk relationship was bad for Britain and inward investment, the PM insisted: "What matters to me is my relationship with the US and my relationship with president-elect Trump."
He added: "That’s why I was very pleased we met in New York, had dinner, and we were able to have constructive discussions."
"All my discussions with him since then have been the same. That’s been a good relationship from both our points of view.
