Boozed-up revellers kick-off Christmas party season with drunken tears, tantrums and fancy dress in Birmingham

BOOZY Brummies took to the streets last night as they kicked off the Christmas party season.

Hundreds of drunken revellers packed out the cities bars and clubs with many clad in seasonal Christmas outfits including elf costumes, Santa hats - and an inflatable unicorn.
