Francis O'Sullivan, 52, known as Titch, suffered a serious head injury while riding in the Sutton Valence pram race, near Maidstone
THIS is the final picture of a dad who was killed after falling from a pram during a New Year's Day race in Kent.
Francis O'Sullivan, known as Titch, was been riding in the front of the homemade Spitfire kart when it crashed.
The 52-year-old suffered a serious head injury as the pram flipped over and sent him flying at the Sutton Valence pram race, near Maidstone, at about 12.30pm.
He was taken to King's College Hospital in London by air ambulance but died in the early hours of today.
Large crowds had gathered to watch the event organised by the local Queen's Head Odd Fellows charity, which was in its 36th year.
The victim's heartbroken sister took to Facebook to pay tribute to "a great brother, dad and uncle".
Jeanette O'Sullivan wrote: "Love you always and forever in our thoughts.
"May you sleep tight and smile down on us. Sweet dreams.
"Love you forever."
Other pals said they were devastated at the death, with Sharon Geldard writing: "So very sorry for your loss xxx."
"As soon as I saw them coming at that speed I thought there was going to be a crash, but I didn't think it was going to be that bad."
