Harrowing moment pregnant woman begs for help after cartel chops off both her hands ‘for being a rat’
THIS is the moment a pregnant woman begs for help after having her hands chopped off and being thrown from a moving car by a ruthless cartel who accused her of being a "rat".
Two men, who also had their hands cut off, were thrown from the speeding vehicle near Silao in the central Mexican state of Guanajuato.

All three reportedly had the stumps tied with rope and wire to stop them from bleeding to death, while their amputated limbs sat in plastic bags beside them.
The traumatised woman is seen on film begging passersby for help: “Please, call my sister, please, friend, I will give you the phone number, please help me.”
The shocking incident took place near the community of Trejo, where the so-called Elite Group of the deadly Jalisco New Generation Cartel (CJNG) claimed responsibility.
The gang signed a terrifying message found near the victims and the bag of detached limbs which read: "This happened to me for being a rat (thief) and not respecting good, hard-working people. Anybody that does the same thing and continues to steal will suffer the same fate.”
Onlookers called for paramedics from the Municipal Civil Protection and the police. All three casualties were taken to hospital in a serious condition.
Police said that the woman, aged 25-years-old and pregnant, and two unnamed men aged 22 and 23 respectively, were thrown from the vehicle with their limbs amputated.

The investigation is ongoing and no arrests have yet been made.
Prosecutors told newspaper the victims were unable to give statements due to their state of health.
