KATE Middleton’s “black sheep” uncle Gary Goldsmith is set to be walking into the Celebrity Big Brother house tonight – leaving sister Carole Middleton “infuriated.”

Gary Goldsmith, 58, is a millionaire businessman who made his money in recruitment, and he owns a £6.5million villa in Ibiza, that was once dubbed ‘Maison de Bang Bang’, as part of his wealth.

He is the younger brother of Carole Middleton and uncle to Kate Middleton, Pippa and James.

It is understood the Palace is also anxious about what Gary might say about the royals and Kate’s family – particularly as it comes as the Princess of Wales recuperates at home following abdominal surgery nearly seven weeks ago.

Flamboyant Gary is said to have hosted Kate and Prince William at his swanky La Maison de Bang Bang, which was allegedly named after his favourite house music.

The eight-acre pad, located near Cala Jondal, comes with all the amenities you’d expect from a luxury party villa.

The Prince and Princess of Wales will have been able to take advantage of the Jacuzzi, sauna, eternity swimming pool, outside gym and tennis court.

The royal couple could even have tried their hand spinning some tracks at the villa’s DJ booth.

Gary joined IT recruitment company Computer Futures and within six months he was a director and owned shares.

He reportedly then bought a five-bedroom house in Maidenhead, Berkshire, with a swimming pool and snooker room, invested in a boat, and drove a series of supercars.

In 2005, he sold his shares in Computer Futures for £17 million.

Gary purchased the villa in July 2006 for £3.6million, but it was on the market for a whopping £6.5million in 2015.

Prince William joined the Middletons at the villa when he was on a break from Sandhurst.

The future king reportedly spent hours playing Backgammon in the villa’s games room – a Moroccan tent with a pool table, table tennis, Wii and Space Invaders.

According to the the walk-in shower off the bedroom where William and Kate stayed is the “size of a small bedroom” and has a gold bath which the businessman calls “Gary Goldbath.”

Gary reportedly said: “It’s black for cars, pink for clothes, blue for football and gold for interior design.

“This is the best shower in the house as well. I’ve been here and girls have been sitting on the windowsill having a chat. It’s ridiculous. You could get a football team in here.”

The heavily tattooed 58-year-old gained a reputation for his Ibiza lifestyle and was caught cutting up cocaine for a prostitute there in a 2009 newspaper sting.

He was fined £5,000 and sentenced to a 12-month community order.

The villa has since been rebranded as Tesoro de Oro, and was refurbished in 2021.

Gary has been married four times, and was joined by ex-wife Luan and their young Talullah at Kate and William’s wedding in 2011.

He also attended Pippa’s Berkshire wedding with daughter Tallulah, alongside Kate, hubby Prince William and other royals.

Gary  has now gone into hiding in a London hotel after arriving at the ITV studios yesterday.

He will appear tonight during Celebrity Big Brother’s live launch.

He is CBB’s most controversial contestant and is joining celebrities including TV star Sharon Osbourne, music guru Louis Walsh and presenter Fern Britton.

Despite the family’s concerns, those close to him have insisted he will only speak fondly of niece Kate.

Our insider added: “In the eyes of the public, Gary’s become the black sheep of the Middleton family. Carole is his sister, so there will always be love, but they no longer see eye-to-eye on lots of things.

“He has said he doesn’t have their blessing to go into the house but is going full steam ahead anyway.

“He wants to defend his family. Gary wouldn’t do anything to embarrass Kate or William, who he thinks a lot of.

“With Kate being out of the public eye at the moment and William shouldering a lot, the last thing they want is for Uncle Gary to be causing any embarrassment on television.”

However, he could take aim at the Sussexes.

Our source said: “Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are more than likely going to be in the firing line as Gary has made no secret about how little he likes them.”

He has publicly spoken about his feelings towards Prince Harry and Meghan — and blasted the former following the release of his autobiography Spare last year.
