Spiteful trolls must stop spreading poisonous Princess Kate conspiracy theories – we’ve seen she’s healthy, expert says
Scroll down to see The Sun's exclusive video of the royals out shopping at the weekend
CRAZY conspiracy theorists need to stop attacking Kate Middleton on social media and get a life, a royal expert has blasted.
The trolls are still spreading “poisonous” rumours around the princess – despite our video proof she is recovering well.
The Sun last night exclusively published a clip of the royal beaming as she walked side-by-side with Prince William at the weekend.
The couple carried bags of shopping as they wandered through the car park at a farm shop near Windsor.
Kate, 42, dressed casually in a hoodie and leggings, while Wills was sporting a cap and blue jeans.
But despite the princess being snapped looking happy and healthy, outrageous theories are still spreading like wildfire online.
Royal author Angela Levin has now slammed those writing the nonsense as “idiots” – and called for them to be silenced.
The expert told The Sun: “I’ve never seen anything like this before – this pure nastiness.
“Why do people want to be so vile if they don’t like the Royal Family? Well don’t read about them, don’t look at them – step back and get on with your own life.”
The Sun has chosen to not publish much of the outlandish words being thrown around online.
However, some people started spreading ridiculous stories like it’s a body double walking with Wills in the clip from the weekend – or that it’s not the royals at all.
Others wildly said artificial intelligence (AI) had been used to create the clip.
The royal expert said that people were being “awful” and “spiteful”, adding: “I just think that this, the way people are is just horrendous, actually.
“And I think that it comes from maybe just a few sources who hate the Royal Family, and who therefore particularly hate Catherine.
“We can’t have it – that our Royal Family that is so respected around the world is attacked like this.
“We’ve got to stop that. We have to look after them. We have to respect them and show that we really don’t care about this spiteful and nastiness.”
Angela claimed the sort of “idiots” who were “spreading evil words” were a specific type of person.
She continued: “The type of person who sends them and is keen on them is someone who you cannot discuss, or you cannot change their mind, whatever the topic.
“I’d love it if you get rid of all these idiots who don’t think things through, and just say whatever suits them, and try and create anger, spitefulness, and nastiness.”
'Lay off Kate'
THE Sun last week led the way in defending Princess Kate when she was being criticised from all angles over the edited photo saga.
Social media trolls were quick to attack the future Queen over her editing of a Mother’s Day family picture.
Media critics also weighed in with their opinions alongside the idiotic conspiracy theorists, but The Sun stood alone in saying: Lay off Kate.
Our front page blasted: “The furious attacks on the future Queen over her photoshopping of a Mother’s Day family picture are not just absurd.
“They now look like a bullying campaign against a devoted mum, recovering from a serious operation, who simply wanted to offer the public a perfect portrait of her and her kids.
“She meant well, made a mistake and fessed up. Fair enough.
“Now leave her alone to get over her op.”
Angela labelled the trolls “poisonous” – saying they were “pouring evil words”.
“I think all these nasty people spiteful people, resentful people who actually are attacking them, you know, need to be silenced,” she said.
“It’s not that they can’t have the freedom to speak, but nobody can speak like that. It’s crossing a line.”
Others called out the trolls today, too.
Piers Morgan said on X: “Great to see (via The Sun) Kate laughing and joking with William on their shopping trip.
“She’s obviously recovering well. This should end a lot of the conspiracy theories…”
But, he posted an hour later – “Update: Nobody on here believes it’s them (it is…) so the conspiracy theories have increased.”
She’s out and about, looking happy and healthy… time to stop the madness.
Royal fan
One woman also wrote on social media: “If you really don’t think this is Kate then you need to go to Specsavers … and probably go touch some grass.”
Another celebrated: “That’s the Princess of Wales alright. Kate is back.”
One woman proudly posted: “I don’t usually post photos that are taken outside public events, but here you go ladies and gentlemen.
“The Prince and Princess of Wales out at a local farm shop near their home as reported this weekend. Can the Kate Middleton conspiracies settle down please.”
Another blasted: “Honestly Kate could walk up to some of these idiots, slap them around the face, tell them she is Princess Kate… and they still would say she’s a lookalike, or a clone, or whatever batshit crazy conspiracy they’ve concocted.
“She’s out and about, looking happy and healthy… time to stop the madness.”
On Sunday The Sun revealed the Princess of Wales was well enough to go shopping at Windsor Farm shop.
Princess Kate video shows she's recovering well & warms my heart, says The Sun's royal photographer Arthur Edwards
IT’S lovely to see Catherine looking so happy.
People keep asking me, ‘Where’s Kate? How’s Kate?’
These pictures are the answer. She’s obviously recovering well from the quite serious operation she had in January.
The images of her smiling really warm my heart and I’m sure millions of others will be so pleased to see the Princess out and about.
There have been so many rumours circulated about her on social media – but they can now be put to rest.
It was lovely to see William at Kate’s side. I bet other visitors to the farm shop couldn’t believe their eyes when they walked in.
But I know the shop and it’s close to their home and sells wonderful produce.
Kate was really hammered by some for doctoring her Mother’s Day picture.
I really felt for her – she was just trying to produce a lovely picture of her family.
So it’s nice to see these wonderful images of her with a beaming smiling and clearly working her way back to full health.
Now I’m so looking forward to her getting back to life as a working Royal, when she’s fully ready. She’s been missed by millions.
Nelson Silva, 40, who took the video, was shopping for steak when he spotted Kate and William in the bread aisle.
He told The Sun: “I noticed a couple choosing loaves of bread and the woman turned her face and I felt like I had seen the face before. It was familiar. I knew it from somewhere.
“Then William turned back and I thought ‘hold on I know this person’. I said to the staff ‘I think it’s them’ as I paid.
“I went to my car and as they came out of the shop I just filmed them. I think they walked out through a gate out of the grounds. They just vanished and I didn’t see a car.
“I just wanted to share with my family footage and show just how normal they were.”
Experts have said the sightings are a “great sign” and show the country how well she is doing in her three-month recovery process.
A body language expert added that Kate looked “healthy, energetic and happy to be out“.
Why do people want to be so vile if they don’t like the Royal Family? Well don’t read about them, don’t look at them – step back and get on with your own life.

The first footage of Kate since Christmas Day shows the royal mum-of-three carrying a full shopping bag of goodies at the farm shop, just a mile from the Wales’ home at Adelaide Cottage.
And The Sun’s royal photographer Arthur Edwards has told how the footage “warmed my heart”.
Kensington Palace maintains Kate is “doing well” and will offer only significant updates as she recovers.
She spent 13 nights in hospital after requiring major surgery to her abdomen on January 17 at The London Clinic.
But in the past two months the internet has become a cesspit of unfounded gossip.
Earlier this month a palace spokesman blasted the “madness of social media”.
Kensington Palace has always said she would be out of action until April.
It is now believed that Kate may return after her children’s Easter school holidays in the middle of April.
It comes as Wills today made a touching remark about wanting Kate at his side.
Princess Kate and William seemed like a normal couple... they were happy and relaxed, says witness who saw shopping trip
A DAD-of-one has told how he saw Princess Kate on a shopping trip with William.
Nelson Silva, 40, who took a video of the “relaxed” couple, was shopping for steak at the Windsor farm shop when he spotted Kate and William in the bread aisle.
He said the couple had obvious “chemistry” and “were super relaxed”.
“I didn’t feel like they were hiding who they were. But they didn’t quite know how people would react because there has been this build-up about their whereabouts and I got the sense they just wanted to be swift in there.
“Kate looked happy and relaxed. They look happy just to be able to go to a shop and mingle. Kate looked relieved like it was a success going to a shop. It felt natural.”
