KING Charles’ senior gardener has shared his top three plants that you can buy for your garden that’ll instantly transform your space for under £10.
Jack Stooks, who currently works on Highgrove Estate, revealed that you don’t need to spend a fortune to get a garden fit for royalty.
Clematis
Speaking to Fabulous in association with the royal staff member shared: “I always recommend for height you want like a clematis which are really really good.
“The Montana Clematis - they normally like either pinks or whites - and once you've got them and they go up and over a wall or a fence, they do amazingly and they just keep coming year after year after year.
“I mean they're just so giving and they're about £8 to £10 depending on where you get them.
“In a supermarket you sometimes see them on really good deals for sort of like £6, so they are very, very reasonably priced.”

Hydrangea Annabelle
The second plant Jack recommended for being “big and fluffy” is a Hydrangea Annabelle.
He explained: “Hydrangeas will like ericaceous soil, but Hydrangea Annabelle tends to do quite well in most soils and it's got these sort of really big white fluffy flowers.”
One of the best features about this plant is that is “gives you that little bit extra” when it comes to cuttings, according to Jack
He explained: “What that tends to do is it tends to just increase in size and get bigger and bigger and bigger and you can actually start chopping bits off it and having plants from the parent.

“And then you can say to somebody ‘oh I love your plant’ you can say ‘here’s the baby’ and you can pass it on to your family and friends.”

Lavender
The third affordable plant that the royal gardener advised for gardens is lavender when is “amazing” because of the smell, says Jack.
He said it is also great as it brings “bees” and wildlife into the garden.
The royal gardener added: “It doesn't need much watering, it doesn't need too much in the way of care.
“And if you get them in the right spot - not too wet a spot, but a good sunny position - they'll do really well for you year after year.
“And there's so many different varieties and they always look amazing in the summer.”
