KATE Middleton looked sombre as she joined Prince William and King Charles at the Remembrance Sunday memorial service in central London today.
Princess Kate, 42, donned a black dress and coat with three poppies pinned to her chest.
The mother-of-three paid tribute to Queen Elizabeth II by completing the outfit with pearl drop earrings.
Her late grandmother-in-law received the earrings as a gift on her wedding day back in 1947.
It wasn’t the first time that Kate had attended the Cenotaph wearing three poppies.
She opted to wear three crimson flowers to the annual Remembrance Sunday Service back in 2015, having worn just one the year before.

She continued to wear a trio each year until 2019 when she chose to wear the Codebreakers brooch in tribute to her grandmother, Valerie Glassborrow.
Kate returned to wearing three poppies in 2020 but accessorised them with the Royal British Legion crystal flower.

Poppies have been a symbol of remembrance and hope for the future since 1921.
King Charles and the Prince of Wales each wore one poppy as they joined veterans in a two-minute silence this morning at 11 am.
The members of the royal family and senior royals laid wreaths during the service to honour those who served and sacrificed their lives in war.
