Don't believe it? Neither did I, so I decided to write this LARQ Bottle PureVis review, after taking it for a test run.

Using PureVis technology, this snazzy bottle gets rid of 99 percent of bio-contaminants (like E.coli) from your water and the bottle itself.

Overall rating: 4/5

Paying almost £100 for a bottle might seem extortionate, but for a bottle that makes sure you're drinking clean, safe water. Well, that's pretty priceless.

At the touch of a button, your water is cleaned. It's that simple.

LARQ Bottle PureVis review: performance

It's really easy to set up, you simply plug it in and then wait for it to be charged. Once charged, you press the top button and wait for your water to be cleansed. Easy.

Unless you have extremely high-sensitivity tastebuds, chances are you're not going to immediately notice the difference in taste of the water that's been purified in your LARQ.

The only time that I really noticed the difference was after filling it up at the gym – the water freshness at the water fountain there is notoriously below average.

It definitely does work in terms of providing you with tasty hydration and on keeping your water insulated.

LARQ Bottle PureVis review: how much does it cost?

  • LARQ Bottle PureVis, from £99 -

At the time of writing, each 500ml LARQ Bottle PureVis is £99 and under (Electro Blue is currently on sale for £89).

If you're after a larger design, there are also 740ml ones that are £118.

It's probably the priciest water bottle around, but it's not your average, that's for sure.

How to clean the LARQ Bottle PureVis?

It's really easy to clean your LARQ bottle – all you need is warm water and soap.

Definitely steer clear of filling your LARQ with anything but water, because it's not exactly going to be able to purify coffee or cola, that's for sure.

Where can you buy LARQ Bottle PureVis?

They're doing something right, because LARQ has taken the high-street by storm.

Their bottles are available at so many retailers – here's a few to look out for:

The verdict: is LARQ Bottle PureVis worth the money?

Simply having the knowledge that you're drinking really clean water is worth the money.

Yes, it might be a luxury and not a necessity (I've not had issues drinking water in general prior). However, if you can afford it then you won't regret investing.

They're sleek, handy, and well, you can't put a price on health.
